Business Visitor Tickets
Business Visitor tickets are generally non-refundable.
Featured Business Bookings
Featured Business bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
This policy exists because event planning, venue commitments and marketing activities are undertaken based on confirmed bookings.
Event Cancellation by Organisers
If Local Business Exchange cancels an event, attendees may be offered:

A refund

Credit toward a future event

Transfer to another event
The applicable option will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

Existing bookings may be transferred to the new date

Refund requests may be considered at organiser discretion
Non-Attendance
No refunds will be provided for:

Failure to attend

Change of mind
-
Scheduling conflicts

Late arrival

Failure to use booked space or tickets
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at organiser discretion.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
